Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once you have received this tracking number, you can check the current status of your shipment. Please allow up to two hours for the tracking number to become active.
Shipments outside of the UK may be required to pay a customs and duties fee. This will be billed to you via DHL before your order is delivered. We hope to cover these fees for you very soon.
You can choose with our delivery partners to not sign for your order. If you choose this option and no signature is collected, either leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour, you agree to our terms and conditions and, confirm that REOME can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you or with a neighbour without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery, and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable, you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock pieces, and your payment for the items will be refunded.
We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process.

Orders shipped by our delivery partners, are delivered Monday to Friday. On the day of delivery, a nominated time-slot will be sent to you via text as an approximate window but this is not guaranteed.

Products

We do not currently offer a refilling programme, but we are exploring effecient and practical ways for our consumers to refill their REOME products in the future.

We are in the process of introducing a sampling programme, through which consumers will be able to experience our formulas free of charge.

Active Recovery Broth is housed in a glass vessel, which is both recyclable and reusable. Glass remains the single most recycled material in the world. The bottle collar is made from plastic, which is also recyclable. The pipette is made with glass which can be recycled and a rubber bulb which is reusable but not recyclable. The carton is made with recycled coffee cups, and is also recyclable. We have taken every effort to ensure that the materials we use are as sustainable and ethical as is possible.

Ingredients

At REOME, we believe skincare is an act of self-connection. A panacea to our hyper-digitised world. We believe skincare should an opportunity to awaken the senses, and scent is a vital part of that experience. Our formulas are blended with our signature botanical scent, with notes of bergamot and clary sage, to call to mind the calming scenery of a verdant forest. This scent is used in hyper-small volumes, with a zero-to-low irritation profile.

We select ingredients based upon a three-part criteria: efficacy, sustainability and safety. We use a variety of innovative extraction methods that prioritise protecting natural environments and utilising only the parts of natural extracts that are required, with the rest returned to nature. Ingredients are meticulously selected for their purity, potency, and their ability to nourish the skin back to health, to restore and repair.

We believe skincare preparations should be potent enough to instil gentle, yet profound transformation for skin. We also believe that skincare should feel sensuous and joyous to use. Our formulas are blended without the use of SLS, dyes, drying alcohols and essential oils.
